Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or accept returns once an order has been processed and shipped. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and hygiene of skincare products for all customers.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges unless the product is damaged or incorrect. If you experience any issue, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll assess the situation to offer a solution.
Order Cancellations
Order cancellations may only be requested within 1 hour of purchase. Once the order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used or opened skincare products.
- Items returned without prior contact and approval.
- Orders past 7 days from delivery date.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only applicable in cases of damaged, defective, or wrong items, and will be processed back to the original payment method once the issue is verified and approved.
