Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once processed, your order is prepared for dispatch and handed over to our logistics partners for delivery.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary by location:

  • United States, Canada, Australia, UK & Europe: 7–15 business days
  • Middle East & North Africa: 8–18 business days
  • Other countries: 10–20 business days

Please note that during peak seasons or due to external factors (weather, customs, etc.), delivery may take slightly longer. We always strive to ensure timely delivery and keep you informed throughout.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking may take 2–4 business days to update after dispatch.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order appears delayed or you haven’t received it after 20 business days, please reach out to our support team. We’ll gladly investigate and assist with a resolution.

Incorrect Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. If an incorrect or incomplete address is submitted, we are not liable for delivery failure. Please contact us immediately if you've made a mistake.
